Friendly screencasting pointers:
1) Looks like you were using Camtasia Studio and the "SmartFocus" feature is zooming and panning automatically based on your cursor movements and clicks. Unfortunately, this doesn't always results in the most helpful part of your screen being shown. You can gain a bit better control over where and when these effects occur by going to "Zoom and Pan" tab and editing or adding the editing the zoom placement and dimensions at various parts of your screencast. Here's a tutorial on the Zoom and Pan feature set.
2) Get yourself a good USB headset and use the mic. Adjust audio level on the mic to get a higher level with less hiss.
